Return PolicyThe following are our company's return policy; Shareware: Since Shareware Software allows the user to try out the program before purchasing, therefore in principal all sales are final. Having said that, we still do very much care about our customers, and if customer made a honest mistake in purchasing, we will usually issue a full refund, provided that customer deletes software from device. eList Advertising: If customer decides to cancel listing before list is published, we will issue a full refund, provided that customer was acting in good faith. Once list is published, we will only refund customer if we made a mistake in the listing. If customer made mistake, we will evaluate the refund request on a case by case basis. Other Purchases: Please email us if you have any questions regarding our return & refund policy. We try take care of any refund request in a timely matter, though it can sometimes take 7-10 business days.
